In this high-profile leadership role, you’ll oversee AV operations, manage a dedicated team, ensure flawless event execution, and maintain premium client and partner relationships. You’ll have full P&L responsibility and work closely with internal teams and hotel stakeholders to deliver exceptional live, virtual, and hybrid events.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily AV operations on-site.
• Manage and develop an on-site team.
• Act as the main point of contact for the hotel and clients.
• Manage budgets, P&L, and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee inventory management and equipment quality.
• Support event execution and provide technical support when required.
• Support sales efforts by increasing event capture rates.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in AV or hospitality leadership roles.
• Strong technical AV knowledge and operational excellence.
• Excellent leadership and client engagement skills.
• Familiarity with inventory, billing, and scheduling systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

This is an onsite role based near San Francisco, California.
