As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the retention and growth of the UK customer base across our Virtual&Hybrid Events, Webcasting, PR, IR, and Webhosting solutions. Apart from identifying the opportunities to expand the Intrado portfolio through cross-sell of digital solutions, you will also focus on building long-term customer relationships, and partner with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges, and recommend solutions.

As the Director of Customer Engagement, you would be responsible for our Community environment, our Annual Summit, and the overall management and execution of our webinar program. For our Community and Annual Summit, you will own the strategy and execution of both programs, from ideation and agenda/content development to experiential application and ROI.  For our Webinar program, your responsibilities will include working with our Events, IR, and PR Marketing leads to manage and execute the marketing deliverable associated with bi-monthly webinars.  This role will be focused on driving new prospect conversations, engaging existing interested parties and moving them closer to the point of purchase, as well as creating a world-class advocacy community.
Essential Duties: 
  • The Director of Customer Engagement will report to the Global Head of Marketing and will manage our community environment, annual summit and webinar program
  • Community
    • Develop, execute, and revise our community management program, establishing touchpoints and processes for community in collaboration with internal stakeholders
    • Understand and articulate the success metrics of our community using a data-driven approach, monitor, manage and report on these success metrics regularly to ensure high quality results
