Momentum Outbound is hiring on behalf of an established digital agency that serves clients across London, Essex, Kent, and the wider UK and US markets.
We are seeking a dedicated Digital Media & Web Manager who can manage website projects, social media campaigns, and app development from concept to completion, working directly with the agency team and their B2B clients.
This is a work-from-home job for experienced candidates living in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, or anywhere in Nigeria, as long as you have stable internet, VPN access, and the ability to work UK business hours.
You will be the go-to person for maintaining, building, and managing WordPress websites, WooCommerce platforms, social media content, and digital branding materials.
Additionally, you will support the agency’s internal processes, help refine systems, and contribute to overall client success.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain multiple WordPress and WooCommerce websites, including security, plugin updates, backups, and troubleshooting.
• Lead web hosting migrations from 123-Reg and cPanel to 20i.com hosting, ensuring DNS, DMARC, FTP, and email setups are correctly configured.
• Design and manage social media graphics, posts, polls, and videos for platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Build websites and progressive web apps using custom PHP coding, API integrations, and industry best practices.
• Produce professional branding assets, such as logos, business cards, and presentation materials.
• Support internal improvements including CRM implementation, newsletter campaigns, quoting systems, and digital process refinement.
• Collaborate with SEO experts to manage and optimise websites and apps for clients in the UK and US.
• Communicate directly with clients and the internal team by video call, phone, and email, representing the agency professionally.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of proven hands-on experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, and custom PHP coding.
• Deep understanding of web hosting management, including DNS, DMARC, cPanel, FTP, and MySQL.
• Strong graphic design abilities using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Social media management experience including post creation, caption writing, and engagement strategies for B2B audiences in the UK and US.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, with confident communication skills for client-facing video calls and presentations.
• Highly organised, reliable, and proactive with a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
• Must have stable internet connectivity, VPN usage experience, and access to a backup workspace (e.g. Regus) in case of outages.

Desirable (but not essential):

• Experience with Plesk (Parallel).
• Knowledge of PWA app development frameworks.
• CRM systems experience (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).

Salary & Benefits:

• ₦4,500,000 – ₦5,500,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
• Paid monthly via Wise or equivalent.
