The Challenge for 

With business expanding in EMEA, NA and APAC, and clients increasingly booking events that clashed, providing webcast monitors to support cleints for both full service and self service packages was a challenge; a challege that varied dependong on supply and demand.

Within this challenge were further challenges; as presenters sometimes were not English speaking, or preferred to speak and present in other langauges.

The Solution

We trained our team of webcast monitors to provide webinar and webcast support.

Quick to identify that bilingual webcast support could expect future demand, we recruited and trained a team of freelancers that cover the major languages as required, and ensured we have an inhouse training team who can train more as demand grows.

The Result

For ten yours and counting, we have been providing and training freelance webcast monitors and webinar managers for ON24, who come to reply on our team for quality service and consistency when their own inhouse team are booked or unable to cover the linguistic requirements.
