Spec for onsite management.
- Would be booked on half day/full day basis
- operate our conference platform, lead the conference call (verbally) manage presenters in pre-call, intro script, manage Q&A
- Going onsite to meet the AV crew and clients
- Responsible for the onsite encoding (SDI mainly)
- Handle the Multimedia Center (MMC) platform – Training will be provided
- Liaise with the client while onsite representing our industry-leading client – Last minute requests/questions etc
- Hours our calls generally happen – 10pm-2am UTC and 10am-2pm UTC
- Most events are around an hour with ½ hour pre-call
- Represent our client onsite at their client events – client management
- Collect encoding equipment and take it to the venue to set up and operate
- Work with the AV team to receive audio and video feeds
- Push slides on the studio/MMC platform
- Months most likely to be needed – February, May, August, October, and November
- Training to be completed by January which may be a mixture of online and on-site
You need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and technical teams of all levels.
