Spec for onsite management.
- Would be booked on half day/full day basis
- operate our conference platform, lead the conference call (verbally) manage presenters in pre-call, intro script, manage Q&A
- Hours our calls generally happen – 10pm-2am UTC and 10am-2pm UTC
- Most events are around an hour with ½ hour of pre-call
- Represent Notified onsite at client events – client management
- Collect encoding equipment and take it to the venue to set up and operate
- Work with AV team to receive audio and video feeds
- Push slides on the studio/MMC platform
- Months most likely to be needed – February, May, August, October and November
