Spec for onsite management.
- Would be booked on half day/full day basis
- operate our conference platform, lead the conference call (verbally) manage presenters in pre-call, intro script, manage Q&A
- Going onsite to meet the AV crew and clients
- Responsible for the onsite encoding (SDI mainly) – we will try to provide the equipment but would be good to understand if you have anything we could potentially leverage
- Handle the Multimedia Center (MMC) platform – Training will be provided
- Liaise with the client while onsite representing our industry-leading client – Last minute requests/questions etc
- Work with the AV team to receive audio and video feeds
- Push slides on the studio/MMC platform
- Represent our client onsite at their client events – client management, liaison, escalations if needed
- Collect encoding equipment and take to the venue to set up and operate, or please let us know if you have your own equipment

- Training to be completed by January which may be a mixture of online and on-site
