Bi-lingual German English Account Manager needed for a successful international business, working with a the leader in Virtual & Hybrid Events.
LOCATION: Fenchurch Street, London Full-Time, Permanent Notified (part of Intrado) is looking for a passionate and successful
German-speaking Account Manager to work with our successful international team to develop sales opportunities with existing prospective clients.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the retention and growth of the UK customer base across our Virtual&Hybrid Events, Webcasting, PR, IR, and Webhosting solutions. Apart from identifying the opportunities to expand the Intrado portfolio through cross-sell of digital solutions, you will also focus on building long-term customer relationships, and partner with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges, and recommend solutions.

Task will include (but not limited to):
- Develop effective relationships with key senior-level decision-makers and influencers at an assigned group of strategic customer accounts
- Provide information about the organisation’s products and services through face-to-face presentations and phone conversations
- Develop effective territory and account plans and then execute them
- Locate the appropriate account buyers for renewal and upsell opportunities, and make introductions as necessary for Cross-Sellers
- Achieve assigned sales billing and bookings quotas
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date expert understanding of assigned account solutions and understanding of relevant competitor solutions
- Research and actively identify emerging trends that influence Intrado's value proposition
- Identify and coordinate timely involvement of sales operations resources in the sales cycle to improve efficiencies
- Proactively manage pipeline; inputting, monitoring, and updating opportunities in a timely fashion
What you will bring… - Professional-level fluency in German and English
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in a sales or account management role
- Prior experience in selling SaaS products; Streaming, Virtual Events, PR or IR solutions would be a plus
- Experience in managing account relationships, identifying additional sales opportunities, and closing deals
- Excellent communication skills to enable us to build long-lasting business relationships with our customers
- Negotiation and influencing skills to maximise every opportunity
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience delivering compelling presentations to large audiences
- A team player, demonstrate the importance of working as a team and supporting your colleagues
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, marketing, or a related field
