Client Brief
PDS Printing was a start up in effect, a franchisee coming out of a franchise who wanted to quickly establish an identity of their own and so needed a web presence fast that was professional, easy to maintain in house and part of their corporate identity.
When in the franchise, Trevor had seen first hand that a successful, well presented website can bring in good business for a printing firm, and he needed a website et hat was going to continue this trend.
With so many things to do - new stationery, new clients, new procedures and new marketing drive, it was important to the client that they could largely leave us to get on with this and work unsupervised.
Our Solution
We agreed a colour scheme and got started on the website design - placing the emphasis on the free phone number, one of PDS's unique selling points. We made the site easy to navigate, fast to download and used professional photographs that matched the text on each page - with a "the picture says it all" approach.
We chose a content management system that was easy to use and quick to learn as well as cheap - cost is always a factor for a start up business, and we took this into consideration.
